update of office 365 software on macos catalina 10.15.7

I am using a macbook air mid 2012. OS is Catalina 10.15.7. I tried to update my office 365 software but received a message that i need to upgrade to macos Ventura to be able to update my office 365 software.

I read an article that my macbook air cannot support macos ventura.

Please advise if there is anyway i can install Macos Ventura on my macbook.

Will i still be able to use office 365 on my macbook without updating the software.
