Mac Apple Mail is slow loading and moving messages

I've been trying to use apple mail for 3 weeks now. It just gets so slow. Finally I went back to Thunderbird (I was using Thunderbird on my old Windows computer). Thunderbird works great. Doesn't slow down.

I'm wondering if anyone found a fix for the Mail problem?

A starting point in Apple Mail >> Setting >> Privacy tab

And disable any or All Options in below image

Then as per below

Any Third Party Applications that will interfere with the normal operation of the OS,  is an invitation for disaster and comprise the Operating System

Certain Applications maybe available on the Apple Apps Store - this only means the Developer is prepared to pay Apple a portion on each sale. What the Application may do to the computer is up to the User to check this out before purchase

Any of the below should be removed as per Developers Instructions

This will include CleanMyMac , This will include BitDefender

This will included Norton Antivirus , Sophos Av Software

Intego AntiVirus, McAfee, MacKeeper, Avast AntiVirus

Ad Guard, Webroot , ESET , Avira , Dr Cleaner Pro Plus

Kind of difficult to answer this question.

There is very little actionable Information beyond " Mac Apple Mail is slow loading "

Running 3 Apple Computers,

2 of which run Ventura 13.1 and 1 with High Sierra 10.13.6

Apple Mail does not exhibit the " slow loading " issue.

Perhaps some more specific details and what actions has the user taken to fix this issue ?
