Check iOS version currently running on your iPhone in Settings>General>About>Software Version.

Then, being aware that:

FaceBook requires iOS version 13.4 or later
YouTube requires iOS version 14 or later

check if your iPhone model can support those iOS versions (see the compatibility list below). Should be this case, update your iPhone using these instructions: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
