I have a touchscreen with navigation, and holds a significant amount of storage that I can store music, pictures and videos. Is there any way to upload downloaded music from my Apple Music account and some of my photos to my hard drive from my iPhone 14?

It is not possible to move music files from Apple Music to other devices. There you must use CarPlay, or play directly from your iPhone 14 via Bluetooth to your car stereo.
If you are able to connect a PC/Mac to your hard drive, you can easily download your photos, either via iCloud for Windows or in the Photo app on your Mac, and thus transfer them to your hard drive. You can also download your photos at icloud.com.
