Create a temporary User Account with Admin privileges, and provide its credentials to the Genius Bar. Your Safari passwords are stored in Keychain and are inaccessible to anyone else.

Apple will remind you to do it, but back up your Mac as a matter of course. To learn how to use Time Machine please read Back up your files with Time Machine on Mac - Apple Support.
