Syncing Books

I’m trying to sync my books across my devices, I go to iCloud and have turned on books, when I go to settings > books and try to select “reading now” and “iCloud Drive” under Syncing they are both greyed out on my iPad, I was able to select them on my iPhone, what is stopping me on my iPad?

Books Option for sync in iCloud Missing in Ventura Hi Team, I have downloaded epubs and have created scanned pdfs of my books in multiple Apple devices names my iPad Pro 2018, iPhone and on my iMac over several years. I need to download and sync all of my books in all my devices every time to be upto date. I had earlier synced my devices using the Finder -> devices -> sync books option for my connected devices and also in iCloud sync books option used to be present. Currently I don't see a sync option for Books in iCloud. Is this Books option deprecated or did apple feel none are using lets disable it, perhaps. Or is there an alternate way to make sure the sync is done automatically.

Books NOT Syncing Between macOS and iOS Both my iMac (macOS 15.1) and iPhone 12 Pro (iOS 15.6.1) are signed into the same Apple ID and iCloud syncing is enabled for Books. Unfortunately, when I download a new ePub and add it to Books (and a Collection within Books) on my iMac, the Book does NOT appear on my iPhone even a week later. What should I do to troubleshoot syncing Books from my iMac to my iPhone?

sync ipad books to mac How do i get my ipad Books library moved to my MAC? -Logged in both devices with my AppleAccount -Both icloud and books enabled -Synchronise books in ipad books app is on -8 of my 150 books sync however, rest not When i connect my ipad wired to my mac and open via the finder the ipad i can select at the books tab sync, but then my empty book list on my mac will be moved to ipad...resulting in deleting all my ipad books. A couple of things to try. Force restart: Force restart iPad – Apple Support (AU)

Offload the app and download again.

Books use iCloud Drive for syncing. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > iCloud Drive > Show all and make sure Books is enabled.
