Hello my Phone keep saying my app and iTunes are disabled and I’m trying to get it back working because I can’t download anything

I can’t download apps or anything it keep saying my apps and iTunes is Disabled. I don’t know how to get it back.

There's a problem with your iTunes Store account information which can't be fixed from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
