six month ago I bought a new macbook air. i choose a password and used as well the finger print identification by the power button. I did not write down the password, so, i forgot it. after a while i turned it off. when i turned on, the finger print on the power button was not enough, it asked me for password as well. I tried all the passwords i usually use.it did not work.
please I need to be able to use my new macbook. thank you.

Also note that it is normal that the password is required rather than the fingerprint every time the Mac is powered on.
