I cant view websites, I keep getting these messages "Your connection is not private" and i cannot figure out how to fix this!

First please confirm that you are really using OS X 10.11 as your profile information indicates, because it is very old and many websites will refuse to load.

If you can update macOS, do so: Update macOS on Mac - Apple Support. Any later macOS version will mitigate that problem.
