IMessage won’t verify phone number

After the latest update, IMessage won’t verify my phone number. Anyone have advice on how to fix this issue?

Try disabling iMessage:

Settings -> Messages

Restart your iPhone, connect to WiFi and go back and activate again. This usually works. Remember to give it some time.
