Are you asking about a Mac? Or an iOS device such as an iPhone, iPad or iPod touch?

Do you want to know about High Sierra for Mac (the forum you posted in), or iOS 15.7.3 for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch (as shown in the support document you posted from).

Please clarify exactly what you are trying to find out and on what device exactly.
