I deleted the calculator app on my ipad and i havent been able to find the actual apple calculator app in the app store so i dont know how to get it back alot of the other calculators have ads or they are subscription based. How can i get it back?

You haven’t deleted the Apple Calculator App from your iPad. You can’t delete something that it never had.
While iPad doesn’t have a built-in App - there are many “free” and “paid” calculator Apps in the App Store.
One of the very best calculators in the App Store - that happens also to be both completely free and without any advertisements whatsoever - is Sci:Pro Calculator:
