Attachments on MacBook Air

I cannot attach docs on my Mac - in Docusign or email.

Hi Binks59,

What happens when you attempt to attach documents? Are you using a Docusign app and the Mail app or attempting to attach in Safari?

Since noticing this, have the apps been closed out and your Mac restarted? These steps can help when experiencing unexpected issues with our devices.

To close the app on your Mac, go to the App menu > Quit. For example, if this is happening in Safari, go to the Safari menu > Quit Safari.

Once the app is closed out, you can go to the Apple menu (  ) > Restart.
