After the recent update my macbook pro has been having issues. It is currently plugged in but started gliching so I restarted it and now no sound, the screen stays black even after holding the power button for 10 seconds. Its totally unresponsive now. Any suggestions?

If your MacBook Pro has Intel processor, resetting SMC as well as NVRAM could solve your issues.
