If you are unable to log into your Mac, refer to If you forgot your Mac login password - Apple Support. If necessary, continue with If you can't reset your Mac login password - Apple Support.
If your Apple ID Account is locked or disabled, refer to If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support.
If you are encountering a screen with a lock icon, refer to If your Mac doesn't start up all the way - Apple Support.
