All my photos aren’t being transferred from the iCloud backup

Do you use iCloud Photos? If so, it may take some time to download your photos onto your phone. You can see all of your photos at iCloud.com/photos.

If you do not use iCloud Photos, then any photos on your device that was backed up will be restored. You may be missing items since the last backup.

Troubleshooting iCloud Backup Data Transfer:

Try creating and then using a new Administrator user to import them.
