You can update your iPhone 6S to iOS 15.7.3

Check iPhone model & iOS version -> Go to: Settings -> General -> About.

If your iPhone is eligible for an update, you can check by reading this Apple article:

iPhone models compatible with iOS 12 -> iOS 16.

iPhone models compatible with iOS 16 – Apple Support (UK)

Go to Settings -> General -> Software Update -> Download and Install.

You need about 6 GB device storage and good Service & Wi-Fi.

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.

Charge the battery > 70%.

Go to Settings/General/Software Update and see what it says.

Are you sure you have an iPhon 6S? In a previous post you said you had an iPhone 6. Do you have 2 iPhones? To check what it is go to Settings/General/About.

For an iPhone 6S, you can not.
