Mac keyboard with num pad - Tab effect always on

Hello guys, i have a weird issue where my tab selection is always on on some element in a page or app on mac os. It started yesterday night, not sure if i hit an accessibility shortcut without knowing it and it started doing that. It's pretty annoying and limits my use of softwares.

From my research I tried disabling Keyboard naviguation in the settings, to no avail, and removing full keyboard access in accessibility. Nothing changes. Any clue?

You can try booting into Safe Mode then restart normally. That will sometimes clear anomalies.
