Am I missing something somewhere? If I launch the Weather app and then click on Settings in the menu it opens a little window that says "Notifications Are Off" with a button that says "Go to System Settings..." when I do that - there is no "Weather" listed.

Seems in Ventura, one might add a Weather widget in the "Notification Centre"
and "edit" the widget to customise what it shows, and access that from the desktop.
