Emails Not Syncing on All Devices

My gmail is not syncing on any of my devices - I have to go through and read/delete on my computer/ipad/iphone.

MacBook Air, macOS 13.1

In ios devices settings, Mail, Accounts, tap on gmail accountZ

Is Mail turned on?

Mac whichever version, in internet accounts tap on google account and check mail is turned on
