Strange command instruction?

This message appeared on screen on start-up just now. "The 'xcrum' command requires the command line developer tools. Would you like to install now?" Is it safe to install?

The command line tools, are the compilers, linkers, debuggers, and various programming header files, plus some man pages that allows building programs from the command line.


The Command line tools are basically a subset of the full Xcode development environment.
