Offline Apple TV download
I can’t play my downloaded Apple TV+
movies while Im offline. Any clues?

The downloaded files are valid for playback on the device on which they were downloaded, not for copying or AirPlay streaming to other devices.
The downloaded files for Apple TV app subscription content is valid for up to 30 days. After, the validity expires. For a few channels, downloads might expire earlier.
