hi, my system data on my Mac is taking up 170 GB of the 200 GB which I have on my Mac. how can I remove it? and what Can I remove?

Did you already check this article about optimising the storage space on your Mac?

Not all System data can be removed, but you might be able to copy backup files to an external drive, or delete iOS firmware files.
