Ventura 13.2.1 display settings can not be changed

Settings > Displays. Any change to resolution will pop a dialog asking your permission.

I have a related question for M2 and Ventura 13.2.1 Where are the monitor profiles? I can not find them through System Settings nor through the usual route of user/library etc.

I have created custom profiles for 2 new monitors and I want to inspect the profiles. They are not in HD/Users/xxx/Library where they should be as there is no Library folder there. They are not in HD/Library/ColorSync/Profiles/Monitors either. System Settings/Displays tells me the monitors are using the custom profiles but give me no access to the profiles for inspection. Any thoughts?

I also have odd power/signal issues using this new M2 mini and these two new ViewSonic displays, one is a VA1655 FHD and the other is a ViewSonic VP-16 OLED. This is not an auspicious beginning with a new rig and an upcoming trip. I have been seeing Ventura and external displays coming up as problematic since researching the profile issue. Any thoughts in that direction?

Same place as previous suggestion to adjust the Resolution Setting ( if that is what you may want )
