I have Se2020 phone. I can’t turn off auto typing my text by voice. Can you please help me?

I have iPhone SE 2020. It's automatically typing when I speak without turning the speaker on. How do I disable that auto typing?

I went to settings accessibility spoken Contant typing feedback speaker auto text on or off. I also went to settings general keyboard disable dictation. It's still typing automatically when I speak. I don't have the speaker on and it's typing this whole question.
