I am using apple keyboard and mouse with this windows machine. But i am unable to avail all its powers. Internet searches are talking about bootcamp drivers. But i am unable to find and install them.
Could you please help?

Good question. I don't know. But I think configuration of keyboard. For instance, for a typing a quote (single or double), I have to type twice. I would like to change that behaviour.
Similarly, I am not availing magic mouse features too. I suppose, there must some driver software that apple has to make their hardware work on windows.

Sounds like your Windows might be using the "US International" keyboard layout, which uses quotes to create accents. You probably just need to change it to "US" or something. I don't think drivers play a role in that problem. To change Windows configurations, you can consult Windows help forums. Here is the help for keyboard layouts:
