Phone Contacts & Favorites?
On an iPhone 11 with iOS version 16.3, I just noticed that my Favorites/Contacts are missing from the bottom bar of the Phone app. Any ideas on how to get it back?

Completely close out of the phone app and try this Force restart iPhone - Apple Support then check again
