How to set up Apple TV with VZ FIOS Wifi password

Normally, go to Settings﹥Network﹥Wi-Fi﹥select a discovered nearby network﹥enter the password.

If your Apple TV can't connect to Wi-Fi - Apple Support
Try the ‘Other…’ option instead of selecting a listed discovered network. Especially if the password has been changed.

Apple TV 4K, tvOS 11

Users are advised to keep their devices up-to-date, for best support. tvOS 11 is 2017-2018 era. We’re at tvOS 16.3.2 now.
