You need AirPods Pro:

AirPods Pro and AirPods Max Active Noise Cancellation and Transparency mode - Apple Support

If Active Noise Cancellation isn't working as expected on your AirPods Pro - Apple Support


To conduct the test, see the 'If you're not sure about the fit, try the Ear Tip Fit Test' section in:

Choose your AirPods Pro ear tips and use the Ear Tip Fit Test - Apple Support
