I am unable to make a new page

I just tested Raicya's answer and it works fine.

Make sure to wait til they wobble then drag it onto the very edge of the screen halfway over for a moment then drag further right

Suppose you now have 3 Home Screen pages.

Tap any app on the 'last' Home Screen, hold that app and slide to the right.

If all goes well, a 4th Home Screen page will be created.

I don't know of one myself.

I can't imagine having that many apps especially at new phone transfer time.
