Unable to update my iPhone iOS

I have been unable to update my phone IOS. The version currently active on the device is iOS 12.5.7 and it keeps saying my software is up to date.


please advise on how to update it either automatically or manually.

Only buying a new phone will change that. I like my old car but there are many features in new models that did not exist when my car was built. If I want things like integrated iPhone connectivity, lane assist, and auto-braking, I have to buy a newer car.
