im in a family sharing and its not giving me and the other person access to the apple music

it wont let me access apple music in our family theres 3 of us and only 1 one of us have access to it

Is your Apple Music subscription a family subscription? The Individual and the the Student subscription cannot be shared. Also see: Get an Apple Music family subscription - Apple Support
