i’m trying to connect my airpods but whenever i open the case it automatically starts flashing white and it only stop if i close the case, even if i hold the back button it keep flashing and nothing happens i need help!! what should i do?

Seems when AirPods flash (or blink) they are in "discoverable mode" which means they are ready to connect:
While they are blinking:
If you haven't already, you might want to try wearing your AirPods,
and
on iPhone: Try Settings > Bluetooth > tap "Not Connected"
