I am running a MacBook Pro, macOS Ventura 13.2.1, and on a recent boot up I now see a previously unknown icon that when highlighted by the cursor the text is "Python." the icon looks like a rocket ship. Does anyone know what this is?

Open it with a text editor. The code may have a clue in the comments.
I think the icon is associated with IDLE, a python development app.
