I had seen that my keyboard was dead and so put it on charge, but then, it showed no signs that it was charging. So I tried various methods including restarting the iMac or turning the keyboard on and off, but nothing. I even bought a new cable thinking that was the problem! Please help me!

If your Magic Keyboard is not charging as expected, first ensure you are following the steps in this article to charge it: Recharge the built-in battery in your Apple keyboard, mouse, or trackpad
