You can download statements directly in the Wallet App on your iPhone or from the https://card.apple.com website.

Be aware that the PDF statements can be confusing and not make sense. For example, the total on the Transactions section does not always add up the value of the listed transactions.

I was pulling my hair out trying to reconcile when I paid off my installments early.

The solution was to download the CSV formatted transactions and import them into a spreadsheet. Once I did that, everything added up properly and made sense.
