how to find my documents in icloud storage or back-up?

I cannot access my documents or backup. How do I do that?

On an iPad, you can one the Files app on your iPad, and navigate to the iCloud location to see what files are contained there.

Backups are closed packages so you cannot see individual files in the backups, but you can see what backups exist on iCloud, by going to Settings ➜ Account (top of Settings) ➜ iCloud ➜ iCloud Backup.
