None of my iPhone chargers - and I have the iPhone 14 promax - fit into my Apple TV 4K 3rd GEN remote, purchased at the end of 2022. I bought a new 4K 5th GEN remote thinking the current one I had was defective. However, I cannot plug my Apple iPhone charger into my 2nd 4K 3rd gen Apple TV remote because it just simply does not fit into it, it looks like I’ll have to buy my third remote later this year. It’s not a good product

Can someone help me on this topic please. I have the the latest apple tv remote, and a USB-C cord, but the cord won't fit in the port. Can you direct me to the proper Apple page where I can purchase this thing. It's driving me nuts,apple should have put the cord in the same package as the remote. Thanks a lot!
