Delete app from Apple ID & iCloud
Hello guys ! How do I remove an app from my Apple ID?

Apps are not stored in iCloud. When you reinstall a deleted app, it comes from the App Store (a cloud icon indicates it was downloaded before).
There is no option to delete purchase history; you can only hide it: Hide purchases from the App Store - Apple Support
