I see written text behind the app icons. It's at top and bottom of screen. How do I delete it?

Take a screenshot on your iPhone - Apple Support
If you use a screenshot of an image that is or has been on your iPhone as wallpaper, then the text from the status bar will be on the image and lie in the background of the status bar text. The same applies to your apps. See the example in my picture. There you can see the clock text, under the real clock. The same on the battery.
The solution is to use a different background.
