Hi everyone, let me know if you are experiencing similar problems.
Ever since I updated to Ventura 13.2.1, I have NOT been able to create or combine PDF's
This issue is occurring on both my iMac and MacBook PRO.
MacBook Pro (2021)

There may be other ways to create a PDF on Mac. However if right clicking on a file presents with an option to create PDF is not working and pops up an error message every time. Regardless how many different methods are available. This is STILL AN ISSUE that Apple needs to fix on Ventura updates.
I wasn't trying to say there wasn't an issue and I didn't discuss creating a PDF. I was only letting you know that one way of combining PDFs is working for at least one user using Ventura, in case that might help you.
I have something comparable. Since the upgrade when I modify an existing PDF (i.e. removing a page) it also "blank" some other page making the content disappear while the Page is still present
Or when I try to export a PDF page to JPG/PNG it does the same (make the page blank and export a blank page)
