You will have to erase the device in order to get back into it. This will explain how you can do that. You will need to use a computer for this.

If you forgot your iPad passcode - Apple Support

Depending on which iOS version you are running, you may be able to do it without using a computer.

If you see an iPhone or iPad unavailable message or Security Lockout screen - Apple Support
