is it ok to reset an original ipad

I have an original iPad (model number a1219) that I got second hand and it had find my turned on and an Apple ID linked to it but I turned find my off and it didn’t ask for a password and I was able to sign out of the iCloud account but I was wondering if I reset it would it activation lock itself or no

iPad (1st generation)

Yes, it is. It isn't possible for a first generation iPad to be activation-locked because of the iOS version requirement.


Note that you'll get very limited use out of it.
