I use a Mac mini(Ventura13.2.1) hoping to use my old iMac 27"(10.13.6) screen as a target display as per the apple support article "Use your iMac as a display with target display mode" but I can not get it to work. Any suggestions?

The iMac cannot be used as as monitor for any newer Mac.
