I want to create an Automator workflow for auto populating a slide in Keynote. Have seen tutorials in https://iworkautomation.com/keynote/automator/ . Only the action "replace image on slide" is missing in automator.
How can I find actions?

That link is for an older version of Automator and Keynote. Apple continually updates is Apps and adds/removes functionality. Apple now focuses more its attention to Shortcuts and less to Automator. Unfortunately Shortcuts does not have the Action you’re looking for either.
If that doesn't work, for some reason, just bear in mind that almost anything that Automator can do, can also be done (with a little more effort, and a LOT more flexibility) via AppleScript.

It may be for an older version, but at least on my machine, I can download the link and install, and I get the Action the OP is asking about.
Admittedly, I haven't tried running it, but it seems to be there.

We understand you're using Automator to create actions in Keynote. To address this, you can create a variable to a workflow or you can use or create a script. The Automator User Guide for Mac - Apple Support has the necessary steps for whichever action works best for your needs.
