it happened to me 2 times,first i have $2 and i bought a $0.99 app then when i check my balance again i only have $0.92 left,2-0.99 is 1.01 not 0.92??now it just happen again when i have $2 and buy $0.99 app, they charge me $1.08 not $0.99 ,is there any purchase fee?
