Enable Items in iCloud:

If you wanted to, you could upload items to iCloud,and then delete downloaded info, once uploaded.

i.e. of Photos On an iPhone:

Go to: Settings
Tap: Your Name (Top Item)
Tap: iCloud
Tap: Photos
Enable: iCloud Photos
