On what brand and model smart TV is this happening?
On some smart TVs, the Apple TV app is pre-installed by the TV manufacturer, and then can’t be deleted. You may be able to move it on screen, depending on TV system software.
Amazon video services are not connected to the Apple TV app on smart TVs. Those are separate.
