Unable to get image on second display from iMac 27"

Hello _ I would like to run dual monitors on my Mac 2020 27" monitors simultanousely. I have a thunderbolt 4 cord attached to both computers however I am not able to get the display or dual monitors to run on the second computer. Any help on how to make these two 27" montiors run as one display or monitor???? I have review several youtube channels but none of them illustrate how to run dula monitors on the MAC 27" 2020 model.

Are you trying to use two iMacs connected together?

The iMac cannot be used as a monitor for any of the newest Macs and Target Display mode is no longer a feature of macOS, having been deprecated several years ago.

Please see: Use your iMac as a display with target display mode - Apple Support

Per the link above:

• Your target iMac (monitor) must be using macOS High Sierra 10.13.6 or earlier.

• In all cases the source Mac that you're connecting FROM must have been introduced in 2019 or earlier and have macOS 10.15 Catalina or earlier installed.

Hello, Yes, I was trying to use to iMacOS connected together! I see I cannot connect them although they connect wirelessly to my ipad and LGtv but no the iMacOS directly next to it.

These 2020 models so I doubt if I can get them connected as a dual monitor.
