Apple TV app Always Freezing

Is it just me or does the Apple TV streaming app freeze way more than any other streaming service? Especially when I try to watch Ted Lasso. Wifi is fine. And to the Apple reps., yes I’ve already tried updating my TV and rebooting the app. Any other suggestions?
